The glorious sound of St. Mary’s Church 1,900-pipe organ will be unveiled on Saturday, June 3, with a premiere performance for the public beginning at 2 p.m (doors open at 1:30 p.m.). Events include:​ Saturday, June 3rd 2:00 p.m. - Lecture/Recital: “The Art of the Organ Restoration and the Role of the Pipe Organ in the Catholic Church” presented by guest speaker Simone Couture, Vice President, Casavant Freres, Quebec, Canada, with the premiere performance of the newly refurbished pipe organ. (Doors open at 1:30 p.m.) 3:00 p.m. - Reception 5:15 p.m. - First Mass with the restored organ, featuring members of St. Mary's Parish Choir, Youth Choir, and guest singers ​Sunday, June 4th ​9:30 a.m. - Choral Mass with St. Mary's Youth Choir 11:00 a.m. - Choral Mass with St. Mary's Parish Choir​ 4:00 p.m. - Organ Concert sponsored by the American Guild of Organists ​All events are free and open to the public. ​

The 6th Annual Salgi Esophageal Cancer Walk/Run. This walk is held at the Warwick City Park, Warwick, RI, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on 06-17-17, beginning at 10:00 AM. The length of the walk/run is 2.7 miles. Please visit Salgi.org to register.
