From 11:00AM to 12:00PM

East Bay Recovery Center, a division of East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP), will celebrate the Grand Opening of its new full-time recovery community center at 31 Railroad Avenue in Warren, RI on Thursday, September 19 at 11:00 a.m. Among those attending the celebration are Tom Coderre, Senior Advisor to Governor Raimondo; Rebecca Boss, Director, Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals (BHDDH); State Senator Walter Felag., Jr. (D); State Representative Susan Donovan (D); State Representative June Speakman (D); as well as a number of recovery advocates and EBCAP community partners.
